Your insurance company is required to allow you to choose the repair shop you want for service; tell your insurance company you want to work with A-Okay Auto Glass, LLC.

We deal with all insurance companies and will do the paperwork for you. Contact your company to determine if auto glass damage counts as a claim on your policy. Call us today for more information. 

Your Warranty Is Good for as Long as You Own Your Car

When you get your auto glass serviced from us, your materials and workmanship are warrantied for as long as you own your vehicle. You must notify us of defects within 30 days of discovery to receive warrantied service.

Truck sliding back glass is warrantied for two years from the date of installation.

Windshield Repair Is a Task for a Professional

Windshield repair can be risky. It is most successful when the damage is recent, the affected area is small, and no moisture or debris has entered the cracks.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from windshield repair attempts. If you are dissatisfied with your repair, you or your insurance company will receive credit toward the replacement.

Warranty Exclusions and Terms

Your warranty only covers defective workmanship or materials. It does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or problems caused by previous damage to the vehicle or rust on the pinch weld. The manufacturer or vendor will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

If you have an issue covered by our warranty, we will replace or repair it. If we can't repair or replace it, we will refund the original purchase price with copy of the invoice or other evidence of installation.
